Located in the Northern part of the Medoc, 11 kms to the East of Lesparre, this vineyard enjoys all the benefits of the exceptional conditions provided by the Gironde Estuary and the seaside weather .
Planted in lime-clay soil Château Bejac Romelys produces full flavoured yet supple in texture, dense and concentrated wines.

We decided to settle in the Medoc to launch our own business in 1986, on a very small terroir of 2.5 Ha.

We have put all our efforts into this production, selling it at first to a local cooperative.
In the face of the current wine business, we decided to develop our own distribution in 1995, bringing our vineyard up to 22 Ha. We created our own brand Chateau Bejac Romelys (our children's names: RO-dolphe & MELYS-sa ).

We very often walk off with first prizes in the many wines competitions we entered (Challenge International des Vins de Bourg-Blaye, Concours des Vins d'Aquitaine, Concours Général Agricole ).

The quality of our bottles has also been regularly praised in magazines and wines guides like the famous Guide Hachette and Le Point.

We obtains Cru Artisan Label in 1997.
